Surface Preparation Ensure substrate is clean, dry and structurally sound. Cutting and Handling Cut using suitable PVC tools and dry fit before bonding.
Adhesive Application Apply high-strength MS polymer or polyurethane adhesive in vertical beads and press firmly into position. Use roller to remove air pockets.
Hygiene Sealing Seal joints with compatible trims and colour-matched silicone. Final Checks Allow curing before exposure to moisture or cleaning regimes.
