Delivery pricing is calculated based on the type of products ordered, along with their size, weight and handling requirements. Certain items — including thicker PVC sheets such as 3mm and 10mm — must be transported flat on pallets in accordance with haulier regulations. This ensures safe transit and helps minimise the risk of damage, but may affect shipping costs depending on the quantity and specification selected.
Free Delivery Options: Selected bundle offers qualify for free next-day delivery, and bulk orders over £2,000 benefit from complimentary shipping. Customers also have the option to collect orders directly from our warehouse using our free Click & Collect service.

At Saniclad, we recognise that dependable delivery is critical to keeping your project on schedule. Our cladding sheets and associated products are large-format building materials that require specialist handling, so we work with experienced pallet networks and transport partners who understand the safe movement of oversized freight.
Where possible, orders placed before 13:00 are dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and transport capacity.
⚠️ Important: Please do not arrange installers or contractors until your full order has been delivered and checked.
Specialist Transport Network
Due to the size and weight of hygienic wall cladding sheets, we do not use standard parcel couriers. Instead, deliveries are handled by pallet hauliers or dedicated vehicles familiar with transporting construction materials safely.
Because of the nature of pallet freight, real-time tracking may be limited compared to small parcel services. However, our team is always available to provide delivery updates where possible.
In certain local areas, deliveries may be completed by our own Saniclad vehicles, allowing for more accurate time windows.

Next-working-day dispatch: Available for most stocked items ordered before 13:00
Estimated arrival times cannot be guaranteed. If you require an update, please contact us on the day of delivery and we will request an AM or PM indication from the haulier where possible.

If a delivery attempt fails due to access restrictions or no one being available to receive goods, additional charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Goods
All items are carefully packaged prior to dispatch, but we recommend inspecting your delivery immediately upon arrival.
If goods are damaged:
Clearly mark the delivery note or electronic proof of delivery as “DAMAGED”
Take photographs
Notify us immediately
If items are missing:
Mark as “MISSING” at the time of signing
Contact us the same day
Goods signed for as “received in good condition” may invalidate damage claims.
Returns & Order Cancellations
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided items are unused and in resalable condition. All returned goods are subject to warehouse inspection prior to refund approval.
Restocking fee: 25%

Cancel free of charge before dispatch
If already dispatched, return costs will be deducted from the refund
Delivery Requirements
Offloading responsibility:
Customers must ensure appropriate labour or equipment is available to unload deliveries safely.
Pallet deliveries:
Kerbside only. A forklift or at least two capable persons may be required.
Smaller courier shipments:
Delivered to your door where feasible.
Access considerations:
Please advise us in advance of any restrictions such as narrow roads, vehicle weight limits, timed access zones or restricted areas. Larger delivery vehicles, including articulated lorries, may be used. Failure to notify us may result in failed delivery attempts and additional costs.
