Fix using mechanical fasteners suitable for the substrate and the expected load, ensuring sheets are fully supported to prevent flex. Align sheets carefully and secure at appropriate intervals to prevent movement and vibration. Cut using tools suitable for aluminium and deburr edges after cutting for safe handling.
If used in hygiene-sensitive areas, seal edges where appropriate to reduce dirt traps. Clean the surface after fitting to remove cutting debris and maintain the finish.
