Our 2.5mm PVC wall cladding sheet is available in 2.44m, 2.80m and 3.05m lengths, delivering enhanced rigidity and improved coverage for more demanding environments.
Made from high-quality white PVC, the satin finish provides a hard-wearing wipe-clean surface that is easy to maintain. It is fully food-safe certified and tested to EN 13501-1 fire rating standards for regulated sites.
With greater strength than thinner sheets, 2.5mm is ideal where walls are slightly uneven or the area sees heavier daily use and cleaning.

Install onto clean, dry, level substrates such as plasterboard, plywood or securely fixed tiles. Acclimatise sheets for 24 hours. Cut with a fine-toothed saw or jigsaw and allow a 2–3mm expansion gap.
Apply suitable PU adhesive evenly to achieve full contact, then press firmly and roll to remove air pockets. Finish with compatible trims and seal joints and edges using food-safe silicone for a hygienic, washable surface.
