Our White PVC Hygienic wall and ceiling cladding range is class 1 fire rated and is commonly used to clad any area that requires a high standard of hygiene, it has proven anti-bacterial resistance and a track record of high durability within the commercial workplace.
We can cut sheets to exact requirements and fix them onto marine ply if required. Some of the most common applications are: commercial kitchens, wet rooms, sports/social centres, abattoirs, cafes, bakeries, and prisons and can even be found in the Isle of man’s zoo monkey enclosure.
Saniboard, for poor quality surfaces
We are also pleased to offer our alternative hygienic wall solution which is available 10mm depth, 1.22mt width and a choice of 2.44mt, 2.75mt or 3.05mt lengths.
This product is a rigid hygienic board that can be installed on to existing or purpose laid framework. This solution is ideal if your wall surface is poor quality or you need to run services and cabling behind the wall. With a significant cost benefit of using PVC ceiling sheets over other ceiling solutions and the added benefit of quick and clean installations, PVC ceiling sheets are now in demand.
Our Hygienic plastic ceiling cladding system is versatile, cost-effective and quick to install. It can fix directly onto an existing ceiling, MF ceiling system or existing joists. The pvc planks are class 1 fire rated and are 10mm thick with a ribbed hollow construction. We have in stock 3m – 6m lengths, plastic planks are 250mm in width. Perimeter ceiling ‘J ‘trims and Ceiling ‘H‘joiners are available in 5m lengths.
